Wolsty Banks is between Silloth and Beckfoot beside the B5300 coast road. Look for the brown ‘Welcome’ sign and the grassy car park with sand dunes behind. This is a Site of Special Scientific Interest due to the sand dune grassland and maritime heath which are home to Natterjack toads and great crested newts.
Meet/park in the free car park beside the B5300 coast road two miles south of Silloth. All equipment provided but wellies and waterproofs advisable.
