The St Annes BeachCare volunteers meet every Tuesday morning to clean the beach and sand dunes, between St Annes Pier and the Coastguard station. The group have been beach cleaning for over 5 years, to ensure the local area is cleaner and safer for local residents, visitors and wildlife.
Last year the group gave over 2000 volunteer hours and collected over 500 bags of litter!
Unfortunately, the St Annes BeachCare group are temporarily unable to take any new volunteers out.
If you would like to beach clean in St Annes, please join the St Annes North group who meet on Thursday mornings at 10am, by the Coastguard Station.
